DisplacementMapFilter

Damn it, I've never really gotten around to get a good understanding of this filter. I wish I had before. Because now I am working on a project where I know this filter is the way to go. So now I've been looking around trying to find a good tutorial on how to use it. There are plenty of those. But for me that is not good enough. I want to have an understanding of how it works. That has been hard to find. Well, I finally found one. I am blogging about this so that I will have future reference to this. I am sure I'll come back to it.
